Refund Policy

Last Updated: 08/05/2026

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, returns, replacements, exchanges, download access, order issues, and customer remedies are handled for purchases made through RecipeWanted.com.

RecipeWanted.com is owned and operated by QHE UK LTD, a company registered in England and Wales. In this Policy, “RecipeWanted”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our” means QHE UK LTD and RecipeWanted.com.

This Policy applies to products and services sold directly through RecipeWanted.com, including current and future products such as digital downloads, printable PDFs, cooking education resources, recipe packs, meal planning tools, charts, templates, courses, memberships, subscriptions, physical products, kitchen tools, branded products, bundles, sponsored products, limited offers, personalised resources, and any other paid product or service made available through the RecipeWanted shop.

This Policy does not override your statutory rights. If you are a consumer, you may have rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including UK consumer law where relevant. Nothing in this Policy is intended to remove or reduce rights that cannot legally be excluded.

1. Purpose of this Policy

The purpose of this Policy is to set clear rules for refunds, cancellations, returns, digital access, product issues, and customer support. RecipeWanted may sell different types of products over time, so this Policy is designed to cover both current and future product formats.

Because different product types have different refund rules, the outcome of a refund request may depend on whether the item is digital content, a physical product, a personalised product, a service, a course, a membership, a subscription, a bundle, a sponsored offer, a limited-time promotion, or a third-party product.

We aim to handle refund requests fairly, consistently, and in line with applicable law while also protecting RecipeWanted from misuse, fraudulent claims, unauthorised copying, and abuse of digital products.

2. Scope of this Policy

This Policy applies to purchases made directly through RecipeWanted.com and its checkout system.

It may apply to:

Digital downloads, printable PDFs, conversion charts, meal planners, recipe packs, kitchen checklists, food education resources, cooking guides, paid courses, premium education materials, memberships, subscriptions, physical goods, kitchen products, merchandise, bundles, gift products, promotional products, sponsored products, and future RecipeWanted product categories.

This Policy does not apply to purchases made from third-party websites, affiliate partners, external marketplaces, advertisers, sponsors, retailers, or platforms that are not controlled by QHE UK LTD. If you buy from a third party, that seller’s refund policy and terms will apply.

3. Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer, you may have statutory rights if a product is faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose, not delivered, supplied incorrectly, or otherwise fails to meet legal requirements.

Nothing in this Policy limits your statutory rights. Where the law gives you stronger rights than this Policy, the law will apply.

If you are purchasing as a business, trader, organisation, school, agency, company, charity, professional buyer, or commercial user, different rights may apply. Business purchases may not have the same cancellation rights as consumer purchases.

4. UK-based business selling worldwide

QHE UK LTD is based in the United Kingdom, but RecipeWanted may sell products to customers worldwide.

Customers outside the United Kingdom are responsible for checking whether any local rules, import duties, taxes, customs charges, digital content rules, consumer protection rules, or access restrictions apply in their jurisdiction.

Where mandatory consumer laws in your country give you rights that cannot legally be excluded, those rights will apply. Where local laws do not apply or do not provide additional rights, this Policy and the laws of England and Wales will apply to the fullest extent permitted.

5. Product types covered

RecipeWanted may sell multiple types of products now or in the future. This Policy is intended to cover all product types, including but not limited to:

Digital downloads such as PDFs, charts, guides, templates, recipe packs, planners, checklists, workbooks, and printable resources.

Online education products such as courses, workshops, masterclass-style content, video lessons, written lessons, downloadable course materials, and structured learning systems.

Memberships or subscriptions such as premium education access, recurring resource libraries, future paid content areas, or ongoing digital services.

Physical products such as kitchen tools, printed resources, merchandise, branded goods, cookware-related products, food education products, or other physical shop items.

Personalised or custom products such as bespoke planners, customised meal resources, personalised PDFs, branded packs, school-focused templates, business resources, or made-to-order content.

Bundles that combine digital products, physical products, courses, memberships, discounts, or promotional items.

Sponsored or partner products where RecipeWanted promotes, lists, hosts, or sells an item in partnership with another brand.

6. Digital downloads and printable products

Digital downloads include products such as printable PDFs, cooking charts, conversion charts, recipe packs, meal planners, freezer guides, substitution guides, food storage sheets, kitchen checklists, workbooks, templates, and other downloadable resources.

Digital products are different from physical products because they may be accessible, downloadable, copied, saved, printed, or used immediately after purchase.

Where you purchase digital content and you consent to immediate access, download, streaming, or delivery, and you acknowledge that this may affect your cancellation rights, you may lose the right to cancel once the digital content has been supplied, accessed, downloaded, or made available.

If a digital product has already been accessed, downloaded, opened, delivered, emailed, unlocked, or made available in your account, refunds will usually not be provided unless the product is faulty, not as described, duplicated by technical error, or we are legally required to provide a remedy.

7. Faulty digital products

If a digital product is faulty, corrupted, inaccessible, incomplete, materially different from its description, or cannot be downloaded due to an issue within our control, contact us so we can review the issue.

Depending on the issue, we may provide a replacement file, restore access, resend download links, correct the file, provide an updated version, offer technical guidance, provide a partial refund, provide a full refund, or provide another remedy required by law.

A digital product will not normally be treated as faulty simply because you changed your mind, no longer need it, expected a different format not advertised, lack compatible software, cannot print due to your own printer settings, failed to read the product description, or bought the wrong item by mistake.

8. Download access issues

If you cannot access a digital download, you should contact us with your order number, email address used at checkout, product name, and a clear description of the issue.

Before requesting a refund, you may be asked to check your account area, email inbox, spam folder, download link expiry, browser settings, PDF reader, internet connection, device storage, and any security software that may block downloads.

If the issue is caused by RecipeWanted, WooCommerce, our website, our download configuration, or a file error, we will take reasonable steps to fix it.

If the issue is caused by your device, email provider, browser, printer, third-party software, internet connection, file management, or failure to follow download instructions, we may still try to help, but a refund may not be available unless required by law.

9. Digital product format expectations

Product pages should describe the format of digital products where relevant. This may include PDF, document, image, spreadsheet, video, online access, downloadable file, printable resource, or another stated format.

You are responsible for checking the product description before purchase and ensuring you have suitable software, hardware, internet access, printer access, and device compatibility for the product.

We are not responsible for refunding a digital product solely because your device, printer, browser, operating system, software, or third-party application cannot open, print, edit, or display a file where the file itself is valid and supplied as described.

10. Physical products

Physical products may include printed items, kitchen tools, merchandise, branded products, physical education resources, or other tangible goods sold through RecipeWanted.

If you buy a physical product online as a consumer, you may have the right to cancel within the applicable legal cancellation period unless an exception applies. In the UK, online consumers generally have 14 days after receiving goods to tell the seller they want to cancel, then a further 14 days to return the goods.

Physical products must be returned in a suitable condition unless they are faulty. You must take reasonable care of goods while they are in your possession.

If returned goods are used, damaged, incomplete, missing parts, missing packaging, handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them, or returned in a condition that reduces their value, we may reduce the refund where legally permitted.

11. Return condition for physical products

Unless a product is faulty, physical products should be returned unused, complete, clean, safe, and in original packaging where reasonably possible.

Returned products should include all accessories, manuals, inserts, labels, packaging, free gifts, bundled items, and any other included materials.

We may refuse or reduce a refund where goods are returned damaged, used, contaminated, incomplete, altered, missing parts, missing essential packaging, or not suitable for resale due to handling beyond normal inspection.

12. Return shipping costs

Unless the product is faulty, not as described, incorrectly supplied, or we are legally required to pay return costs, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.

You are responsible for ensuring returned items are packaged safely and returned using a suitable shipping method. We recommend using tracked delivery and keeping proof of postage.

We are not responsible for returned items that are lost, damaged, delayed, misdirected, or not received unless this is caused by us or our chosen return process.

13. Faulty physical products

If a physical product is faulty, damaged on arrival, not as described, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number, product name, description of the issue, and photographs where appropriate.

Depending on the issue and applicable law, we may offer a repair, replacement, missing part, corrected item, partial refund, full refund, or another appropriate remedy.

You must not continue using a product if doing so may worsen the damage, create a safety risk, contaminate the product, or make it harder to inspect the issue.

14. Damaged delivery

If a physical product arrives visibly damaged, you should notify us as soon as possible and provide photos of the packaging, shipping label, damaged item, and any missing or damaged parts.

We may need this information to investigate with the courier, supplier, fulfilment provider, or delivery partner.

Do not dispose of the packaging or damaged item until we confirm whether it is needed for inspection, return, replacement, or claim handling.

15. Missing, delayed, or undelivered orders

If your order has not arrived, you should check your order confirmation, delivery address, tracking information, courier notices, local collection points, safe places, neighbours, building reception, and any customs or delivery messages.

If the order appears missing due to an issue within our control, we will review the matter and may offer tracking support, courier investigation, redelivery, replacement, refund, or another remedy required by law.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer, customs processing, import checks, local postal disruption, courier strikes, weather events, force majeure events, failed delivery attempts, uncollected parcels, or restrictions in the destination country, except where applicable law says otherwise.

16. Incorrect customer details

You are responsible for providing accurate order details, including name, email address, billing address, delivery address, postcode, country, phone number, and any delivery instructions.

If you provide incorrect information, this may delay or prevent delivery, download access, account access, tax calculation, invoice generation, or order support.

Refunds may not be available where a product is delivered, supplied, or made available based on incorrect information provided by you, unless required by law.

17. Personalised, custom, or made-to-order products

Personalised, custom, bespoke, made-to-order, or specially prepared products may not be eligible for cancellation or refund once work has started, customisation has been completed, or the product has been supplied, unless the product is faulty, not as described, or we are legally required to provide a remedy.

This may include personalised meal planners, custom printable packs, branded resources, business resources, school-focused templates, personalised PDFs, custom education materials, bespoke bundles, or any product made to your specification.

You are responsible for checking all customisation details before submitting an order. If you provide incorrect names, spellings, dates, measurements, branding, logos, colours, file details, or instructions, we may not be responsible for refunding or replacing the product unless we made the error.

18. Perishable, hygiene-sensitive, or sealed products

If RecipeWanted sells perishable, hygiene-sensitive, sealed, food-related, or safety-sensitive products in the future, refund rights may be limited where products cannot be returned for hygiene, health protection, safety, contamination, or perishability reasons.

This may include sealed goods that are not suitable for return once opened, food products, consumables, personal-use kitchen items, hygiene-sensitive tools, or items that deteriorate quickly.

Faulty or incorrectly supplied products will still be reviewed in line with applicable law.

19. Courses and premium education products

RecipeWanted may offer paid courses, premium education resources, masterclass-style products, video lessons, written lessons, workbooks, templates, and structured learning systems.

Refund rights for education products may depend on whether the product is supplied as digital content, a service, a course with immediate access, a live session, a subscription, a downloadable resource, or a bundle.

Where course content, videos, downloads, templates, or premium materials are made available immediately after purchase, refunds may be limited once access has been granted, unless the content is faulty, not as described, unavailable due to our error, or a refund is required by law.

20. Live sessions, events, workshops, and services

If RecipeWanted offers live sessions, online events, workshops, consultations, training, services, or scheduled education products in the future, separate cancellation terms may apply.

If a service begins during a cancellation period with your consent, you may be required to pay for the portion of the service already provided. If a service is fully performed with your prior consent and acknowledgement, cancellation rights may be limited where permitted by law.

If we cancel a paid live event or service and cannot provide a suitable replacement, we will provide a refund or alternative remedy where required.

21. Memberships and subscriptions

If RecipeWanted offers memberships, subscriptions, recurring access, paid libraries, premium content areas, or recurring digital services in the future, the product page and checkout flow should explain the billing period, price, renewal terms, cancellation process, access rules, and any trial terms.

You are responsible for cancelling a subscription before the next renewal date if you do not wish to continue, unless applicable law gives you additional rights.

Refunds for subscription renewals may be limited where access has been provided for the billing period, unless the renewal was caused by our error, the subscription was misdescribed, cancellation failed due to a technical issue within our control, or a refund is required by law.

We may offer partial refunds, full refunds, cancellation at the end of the billing period, immediate cancellation, or account credit depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

22. Free trials and introductory offers

If RecipeWanted offers a free trial, discounted trial, introductory offer, or promotional subscription, the relevant product page or checkout process should explain the main trial terms.

You are responsible for reviewing trial length, renewal date, renewal price, billing frequency, and cancellation instructions before signing up.

If a trial automatically converts into a paid subscription, refund rights may depend on the information provided at checkout, whether access was supplied, whether you cancelled in time, whether there was a technical error, and any mandatory consumer law that applies.

23. Bundles and mixed product orders

Some products may be sold as bundles. A bundle may include digital downloads, physical goods, courses, templates, discounts, bonus items, memberships, services, or future product types.

Refunds for bundles may be handled differently from single products. If part of a bundle has been accessed, downloaded, used, delivered, personalised, or supplied, we may reduce or refuse a refund for that part where legally permitted.

If a bundle includes both refundable and non-refundable elements, we may calculate any refund based on the value of the eligible returned or cancelled items, not necessarily the full bundle price.

24. Discounts, coupons, and promotional pricing

If you purchase using a coupon, discount, sale price, bundle offer, promotional code, credit, gift card, or special offer, any refund will usually be based on the amount you actually paid after discounts, not the full standard product price.

Coupons, promotional codes, limited-time offers, free gifts, and discounts have no cash value unless expressly stated.

If a refunded order causes a promotion, bundle, free gift, or discount threshold to no longer apply, we may adjust the refund to reflect the correct order value where legally permitted.

25. Free gifts and bonus products

If your order included a free gift, bonus download, promotional item, or extra product, you may be required to return it or lose access to it if the main order is refunded.

If a free gift or bonus product is not returned, has been used, has been downloaded, or cannot be withdrawn, we may reduce the refund by the value of the free gift or bonus item where legally permitted.

26. Gift cards, vouchers, and store credit

If RecipeWanted offers gift cards, vouchers, wallet credit, account credit, or store credit in the future, separate terms may apply.

Gift cards and store credit may not be exchangeable for cash unless required by law. Refunds for purchases made using store credit may be returned as store credit rather than cash where legally permitted.

Expiry dates, regional restrictions, product exclusions, and usage limits may apply where clearly stated.

27. Pre-orders and future releases

If RecipeWanted offers pre-orders, early access products, future product releases, or pre-launch bundles, the product page should explain the expected delivery, release, or access timing where possible.

If we cannot supply a pre-order within a reasonable time or within the timeframe stated, you may be entitled to cancel and receive a refund where required by law.

Estimated release dates may change due to production, technical, supplier, legal, platform, or operational factors. We will aim to communicate material delays where practical.

28. Taxes, VAT, customs, and import duties

Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on your location, checkout settings, product type, and applicable law.

International customers may be responsible for customs charges, import duties, local taxes, handling fees, currency conversion fees, bank charges, or other charges imposed by authorities or payment providers.

Unless required by law, we are not responsible for refunding customs duties, import taxes, bank charges, currency conversion differences, or fees charged by third parties.

29. Currency and exchange rates

Payments may be processed in the currency shown at checkout. If your payment provider converts currency, the final amount charged may depend on your bank, card provider, payment processor, exchange rate, and fees.

If a refund is issued, the amount received by you may differ from the original amount due to exchange rate changes, bank charges, card provider rules, or payment processor fees. We are not responsible for currency fluctuations or third-party fees unless required by law.

30. Payment processing fees

Refunds are normally processed back to the original payment method where possible.

Some payment providers, banks, card networks, or third-party processors may charge fees, delay refunds, reject refunds, or process refunds differently. We are not responsible for third-party payment delays or charges unless required by law.

31. Refund processing times

If a refund is approved, we will process it within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law.

After we process a refund, it may take additional time for your bank, card provider, payment processor, or payment method to show the funds in your account.

We cannot control bank processing times, card provider delays, PayPal delays, Stripe delays, WooCommerce payment gateway delays, or other third-party payment processing times.

32. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us using the details at the end of this Policy.

You should include your full name, order number, email address used at checkout, product name, purchase date, reason for the request, photos or screenshots where relevant, and any supporting information that helps us review the request.

We may ask for more information before deciding whether a refund, replacement, repair, store credit, restored access, or another remedy is appropriate.

33. Time limits for refund requests

You should contact us as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order.

For change-of-mind cancellations of eligible physical goods, you must contact us within the applicable cancellation period.

For faulty, incorrect, missing, inaccessible, or damaged products, you should contact us promptly after discovering the issue. Delay may affect our ability to investigate, verify, repair, replace, refund, or raise a claim with a courier, supplier, or platform.

34. Proof of purchase

We may require proof of purchase before processing a refund, return, replacement, or account access request.

Proof of purchase may include order number, receipt, invoice, payment confirmation, account email, transaction reference, download record, or other evidence that the product was purchased through RecipeWanted.com.

We may refuse refund requests where we cannot verify that the purchase was made from RecipeWanted.com.

35. Refund method

Refunds will usually be issued to the original payment method where possible.

If the original payment method is unavailable, expired, closed, or cannot receive refunds, we may offer an alternative refund method, store credit, account credit, or another remedy where legally permitted.

We may refuse to refund to a different person, different card, different account, or unrelated payment method where this creates fraud, money laundering, security, or compliance risk.

36. Partial refunds

Partial refunds may be offered where appropriate. This may apply where only part of an order is returned, only part of a bundle is faulty, a product has been partly used, a service has been partly performed, digital access has partly been provided, a physical item is returned with reduced value, or a discount affects the refundable amount.

Partial refunds may also apply where a customer keeps part of an order, accepts a replacement for part of an order, or agrees to a price reduction.

37. Exchanges and replacements

We may offer exchanges or replacements for eligible physical products where stock is available and where this is appropriate.

For digital products, a replacement may mean a corrected file, updated download, restored access, resent link, alternative format, or revised product where appropriate.

Exchanges and replacements are not guaranteed unless required by law.

38. Store credit

We may offer store credit as an alternative to a refund where legally permitted.

You are not required to accept store credit instead of a legal refund where the law requires a cash refund or refund to the original payment method.

Where store credit is accepted voluntarily, additional terms may apply, including expiry dates, account restrictions, product exclusions, and non-transferability.

39. Non-refundable situations

Refunds may be refused where legally permitted in situations including but not limited to: change of mind after digital access has been provided; downloaded or accessed digital products; opened or used digital resources; personalised products already created; custom work already started; services already performed; subscription periods already accessed; physical goods damaged by misuse; physical goods returned incomplete; products returned outside the permitted period; customer error; duplicate purchases caused by customer action; failure to read the product description; lack of compatible software; printer or device issues outside our control; incorrect email or address provided by the customer; or abuse of the refund process.

This section does not apply where the product is faulty, not as described, incorrectly supplied, or where a refund is required by law.

40. Faulty, not as described, or incorrect products

If a product is faulty, not as described, materially incomplete, incorrectly supplied, or does not match the product page in a meaningful way, contact us so we can investigate.

Depending on the product type and applicable law, we may offer a repair, replacement, corrected file, restored access, missing part, price reduction, partial refund, full refund, or another appropriate remedy.

Minor differences in formatting, design, layout, file appearance, image colour, print output, wording updates, or display caused by device settings, printer settings, software, screen calibration, or browser differences may not qualify as a fault.

41. Product descriptions and customer expectations

We aim to describe products clearly. Product pages may include details such as format, contents, delivery method, access method, file type, intended use, limitations, compatibility, licence, and whether the product is digital, printable, physical, personalised, bundled, or subscription-based.

You are responsible for reading the product page before purchase. A refund may not be available simply because you expected features, formats, rights, access, support, or content that were not advertised.

42. Recipe, education, and food content limitations

RecipeWanted products may include recipe information, food education, cooking guidance, conversion charts, substitution guidance, storage guidance, meal planning tools, printable resources, and kitchen support content.

Such products are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. They are not medical advice, nutrition therapy, legal advice, regulatory advice, school meal compliance advice, professional catering compliance advice, allergy advice, or a guarantee of cooking results.

Refunds will not normally be provided because a user dislikes a recipe, prefers different seasoning, wants a different texture, expected a different cooking result, substituted ingredients, ignored instructions, used different equipment, or applied the product in a way not intended.

43. Allergies, dietary needs, and health expectations

Customers are responsible for checking ingredients, labels, allergens, dietary suitability, cross-contamination risks, and professional medical guidance where relevant.

Digital products, recipes, meal planners, and education resources may include general dietary or allergy-aware information, but they do not guarantee suitability for any individual, allergy sufferer, school, institution, medical condition, or regulated environment.

Refunds will not normally be provided because a product is unsuitable for an individual dietary need unless the product was materially misdescribed or a refund is required by law.

44. Customer misuse or unauthorised use

Refunds may be refused where a product issue is caused by misuse, unauthorised sharing, unauthorised copying, breach of licence terms, modification, incorrect storage, incorrect installation, unsafe handling, failure to follow instructions, use with incompatible software, use with unsuitable equipment, or use outside the intended purpose.

Digital products are licensed for the usage stated on the product page, Terms of Use, or applicable licence. Purchasing a digital product does not normally transfer copyright or allow resale, redistribution, rebranding, uploading to marketplaces, or use in competing products.

45. Duplicate orders

If you accidentally place a duplicate order, contact us promptly.

If the duplicate order is clearly accidental and the product has not been downloaded, accessed, used, shipped, personalised, or supplied, we may refund the duplicate order.

If the duplicate product has already been downloaded, accessed, shipped, personalised, or supplied, a refund may not be available unless required by law.

46. Fraud prevention and refund abuse

We reserve the right to refuse refunds, cancel orders, suspend accounts, restrict access, or investigate activity where we suspect fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, repeated refund requests, unauthorised sharing of digital products, false claims, fake accounts, suspicious payment activity, resale abuse, or breach of our Terms.

We may retain order records, access logs, download logs, IP information, payment references, correspondence, and other relevant information where needed for fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, or defence of claims, in line with our Privacy Policy.

47. Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you have an issue with an order, you should contact us first so we can try to resolve it.

If you raise a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us, we may provide order records, download logs, delivery evidence, correspondence, account records, product descriptions, checkout records, and policy evidence to the payment provider.

Abusive, false, or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account restriction, cancellation of access, refusal of future orders, or legal action where appropriate.

48. Account access after refund

If a digital product, course, membership, subscription, or download is refunded, we may remove access to that product from your account.

If a bundle is refunded, access to all included digital products, bonuses, member areas, course materials, or downloads may be removed.

You must stop using refunded digital products unless the law says otherwise or we agree otherwise in writing.

49. Licence termination after refund

If a digital product is refunded, any licence granted to use that product may end unless we state otherwise in writing.

You must not continue to copy, print, distribute, sell, share, upload, rebrand, reuse, publish, or commercially exploit refunded digital products.

We may take action if refunded digital products are shared, resold, uploaded, redistributed, or used in breach of licence terms.

50. Third-party products and affiliate purchases

RecipeWanted may link to third-party products, affiliate products, sponsor products, external retailers, external platforms, or partner websites.

If you buy from a third-party website, your contract is with that third party, not QHE UK LTD, unless clearly stated otherwise. Their refund policy, delivery policy, product warranty, payment terms, and customer service process will apply.

We are not responsible for third-party product defects, delivery problems, pricing changes, stock issues, warranties, refunds, returns, customs charges, seller disputes, or payment issues.

51. Sponsored products and partner offers

If RecipeWanted sells or promotes sponsored products or partner offers in the future, the refund process may depend on whether the product is sold directly by QHE UK LTD or by the partner.

Where the product is sold directly through RecipeWanted checkout, this Policy will generally apply. Where the product is sold by a partner, retailer, sponsor, marketplace, or external platform, their refund rules may apply.

We will aim to make the seller and checkout route clear where practical.

52. Marketplace, platform, and app store sales

If RecipeWanted products are sold through external marketplaces, app stores, course platforms, payment platforms, or third-party ecommerce systems in the future, refund requests may need to be handled through that platform.

External platforms may have their own refund rules, timelines, payment methods, tax handling, cancellation systems, and dispute processes. We are not responsible for platform-controlled refund delays or rules unless required by law.

53. Business, school, commercial, and institutional purchases

If a purchase is made by or for a business, school, charity, organisation, institution, public body, agency, catering operation, or commercial user, consumer cancellation rights may not apply in the same way.

Business or institutional purchases may be governed by separate written terms, invoices, purchase orders, licensing agreements, or service agreements.

Where no separate agreement exists, this Policy applies to the fullest extent appropriate, but business customers may not have the same rights as individual consumers.

54. Licensing and commercial-use products

If RecipeWanted offers commercial licences, school licences, business licences, education licences, content licences, printable resource licences, or bulk access products in the future, refund rights may depend on the licence terms.

Once a licence key, download, file, content pack, access permission, business resource, or commercial-use product has been supplied, refunds may be limited unless the product is faulty, not as described, or a refund is required by law.

Commercial licences may have separate cancellation, termination, renewal, and refund rules.

55. Bulk orders

Bulk orders, large digital access orders, school packs, business packs, team access products, multi-user licences, wholesale-style purchases, or large physical product orders may be subject to separate refund terms.

Where products are prepared, licensed, discounted, reserved, customised, or supplied specifically for a bulk order, refunds may be limited unless required by law.

56. Refused deliveries and uncollected parcels

If a physical order is refused, not collected, returned to sender, or undeliverable due to customer action or incorrect details, we may deduct delivery charges, return charges, handling fees, customs charges, payment fees, or other costs from any refund where legally permitted.

If the product is personalised, perishable, digital, custom, or otherwise non-refundable, a refund may not be available simply because delivery was refused or not collected.

57. International delivery issues

International delivery may be affected by customs checks, import restrictions, local courier issues, tax handling, border delays, regional disruptions, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or local laws.

We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If an order cannot legally be imported into your country or is refused by customs due to local restrictions, refund rights may depend on the circumstances, product type, delivery status, and applicable law.

58. Product safety recalls

If a physical product is subject to a safety recall, we will follow applicable recall obligations and provide instructions where required.

A recall remedy may include return, repair, replacement, refund, disposal instructions, manufacturer handling, or another remedy depending on the product and legal requirements.

59. Technical errors and pricing errors

If a product is listed with an obvious pricing error, technical error, incorrect discount, incorrect product description, incorrect tax calculation, incorrect shipping calculation, or checkout malfunction, we may cancel or correct the order where legally permitted.

If you have already paid and the order is cancelled due to our error, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item.

60. Order cancellation by RecipeWanted

We may cancel an order where legally permitted if there is suspected fraud, payment failure, stock unavailability, pricing error, technical error, delivery restriction, product withdrawal, legal restriction, policy breach, abuse of the shop, or inability to fulfil the order.

If we cancel an order after payment and no product has been supplied, we will normally refund the amount paid for the cancelled item unless there is a lawful reason not to do so.

61. Customer cancellation before fulfilment

If you wish to cancel an order before it is fulfilled, contact us as soon as possible.

If the product has not yet been downloaded, accessed, shipped, personalised, prepared, started, or supplied, cancellation may be possible.

If fulfilment has already started or the product has already been supplied, cancellation rights may be limited depending on the product type and applicable law.

62. How refunds are calculated

Refunds are calculated based on the amount paid for the eligible product after discounts, coupons, credits, promotional pricing, bundle adjustments, and any lawful deductions.

Delivery charges may be refunded where required by law. Enhanced delivery charges, express delivery upgrades, international shipping upgrades, optional add-ons, payment fees, customs charges, and third-party fees may not be refundable unless required by law.

63. Delivery charge refunds

Where a consumer cancels an eligible online order for physical goods within the legal cancellation period, basic standard delivery charges may be refundable where required by law.

If you selected a more expensive delivery method than the standard option, we may only refund the standard delivery amount where legally permitted.

Return delivery costs may remain your responsibility unless the product is faulty, incorrect, not as described, or we are legally required to pay them.

64. Evidence we may request

To assess refund requests, we may request evidence such as photos, videos, screenshots, error messages, order confirmation, payment confirmation, delivery tracking, damaged packaging photos, download error screenshots, device information, product files, batch numbers, serial numbers, return tracking, or other reasonable information.

Failure to provide reasonable evidence may delay or prevent a refund, replacement, repair, or investigation.

65. Returning physical products without approval

You should contact us before returning a physical product so we can provide the correct return instructions.

If you return a product to the wrong address, without required details, without suitable packaging, or without proof of postage, this may delay or prevent processing.

We are not responsible for unauthorised returns that are lost, misdirected, damaged, or impossible to identify.

66. Refund refusal

We may refuse a refund where legally permitted if the request is outside the applicable time period, the product has been accessed or downloaded, the product is personalised, the product has been used or damaged, the issue was caused by customer misuse, the item is not returned, the order cannot be verified, the claim is false or unsupported, the customer has breached our Terms, or the request is abusive or fraudulent.

Refund refusal does not affect any statutory rights that cannot be excluded.

67. Complaints and escalation

If you are unhappy with the outcome of a refund request, you can contact us again with additional information and ask for the decision to be reviewed.

You should include your order number, original request, the decision you are challenging, and any new evidence.

We will review complaints reasonably, but we are not required to provide a different outcome unless required by law or justified by the evidence.

68. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time to reflect changes in law, product types, ecommerce systems, WooCommerce settings, payment providers, delivery partners, digital access systems, business operations, or RecipeWanted services.

The version published on RecipeWanted.com at the time of your purchase will usually apply to that purchase unless a later version is required by law or is more favourable to you.

69. Governing law

This Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer laws in another jurisdiction apply and cannot legally be excluded.

Where legally permitted, disputes relating to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
